Shipping Time Frames

Because all pieces are hand-made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be fabricated.  Your package will THEN be shipped via the method you select at checkout.  jdavis Collection is not responsible for any external shipping delays.


Domestic Orders (Including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and The  U.S. Virgin Islands)

We ship via USPS First Class for all domestic orders.

$5.00 flat rate for shipping/handling via USPS First Class

If you enter a valid email address when placing your order, you will be emailed tracking information for your package from USPS once your order has shipped. 

jdavis Collection is not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address once it has already shipped.  If you provided an incorrect address at checkout or request an address change once your order has shipped, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may occur.


International Orders

We ship via USPS for all international orders.

$30 flat rate for shipping/handling via USPS International Priority Mail.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. jdavis Collection has no control whether your parcel will be subject to additional duties.  jdavis Collection is not responsible for additional duties or taxes.


Warranty/Return Policy

Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our jewelry, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.  We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.

All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with the assigned Return Authorization Number, and securely shipped.  It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking.   jdavis Collection does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

In order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, a written request must first be made via email to:  If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
