Boy was I a nervous wreck the night before. Still figuring out how to display things, pin jewelry to what?
Use pillows? How to price? Making endless trips to Joann Fabrics.

After learning some jewelry basics I was on a full blown beading frenzy. This table was all about 
colorful necklaces & earrings sets. Beads and more beads. Casual style for jeans.

Back then I went by "JJ" which stood for Jewelry by Janice. So I cut out tags and used as
many different style of J's as possible. Turns out that's not the best idea for branding. Lol.

Since then I've aquired a lot of skills and love playing with metal and hammers too. I'd love

This coach is tough, well respected and inspires them all to shine.  Being so active on a regular
basis, naturally she wears very simple jewelry. Those were all the parts to consider before designing
could begin.

Here is the story behind the design!

Because she is a gem and her last name is Green, I used a green tourmaline gemstone. 

A big G initial charm cuz everyone just calls her "Green"!

And how bout that bottom charm?! I stamped it with tiny stars that represent all the
kids she coaches. And...the verse was one of many that she would encourage them with.

Being a jewelry designer I love wearing jewelry of course! Plus it's an opportuity to see if there is
anythig I want to change or size differently. So when I had plans to meet up for lunch I grabbed a scarf
( I am always a little chilly) and 2 of my coin necklaces for layering. 

THey wore well and these necklaces will just match everything - seriously!

And playing is exactly what was happening when I decided to photograph this bracelet!

The coastline in California is just outstandingly beautiful. Whenever possible I try
to take advantage of all that it offers. Awhile back my husband and I were out taking a drive around this 
penninsula. This particular spot offers incredible views, the Lighthouse and even whale watching.

Unfortunatley there were no whale sightings. But I did catch sight of this post that served as a great
jewelry prop! And this bracelet was built to last for all your play days.

I even named it the "Play Around"bracelet:)

Who doesn't enjoy fresh air on a beautiful day?! This couple opted for an
outdoor adventure. Cruising around Dubois County in their jeep was in order.

Of course,  I love that she chose my earthy style heart necklace.

My client was honored to be the wedding officiate for this happy couple!
She wanted coordinating colors and accessories to keep with the wedding theme - but also let
the bride remain front and center!

That's where I came in. Designing around a dress and event is pure creative joy!

It all started with her dress. My client found this very feminine, softly layered dress, in a gorgeous
dusty rose, pink color. I knew at once that I'd be using feminine pink stones, pink crystal and silver.

The dominate stone is rose quartz which is known as the stone of - LOVE! How could I not use this?
The end result was a delicate layered necklace, a stack of airy bracelets and simple earrings that
lean toward an antique style. And I enjoyed every single minute of helping her prepare for this 
very special occasion!

As a young child this sweetheart came up with a phrase that also became a mantra for life.

When she graduated high school a special bracelet was made. Now that she has completed college
her parents decided to continue with this sentimental, empowering theme.
