Sensory percepetion is about “the senses” like hearing, vision, taste, smell, and touch.
Not only do we learn more about the environment around us but our insides as well.

For example if you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. Try relaxing outside at a park
or in your own yard. Let yourself get comfortable and notice the beauty in your surroundings.
Whether that's the sky, trees or the green grass. Listen to the singing birds, touch and smell some
flowers and see how you begin to feel.

I headed out the door and sat at the Park for a change of scenery. I brought a bottle of 
cold refreshing water and wore my aromatherapy bracelets to add to the self care.

I love choosing a different scent each time I wear them! They are perfect for
smelling, touch and feeling on your wrist.

Cruising around on the water with the blue skies, sunglasses and a Magic Moon Necklace

Shady trees in the park are extra special during the Summer months. So we packed up a picnic 
lunch and enjoyed the fresh air and pretty surroundings. It felt like a magical day so why not wear

       And just like that I was at the beach! My daughter called to invite me to the beach   
       on a sunny Sunday afternoon...

       I was super busy working and feeling behind. But at the sound of her voice
       I knew it was meant to be. Ocean breezes, soft sand and time with my best girl?!

 
       In the meantime I had been resizing this bracelet and forgot to take it off!

       And so glad I wore it! Catching the sun while dancing around my wrist those

It's that time of year again to honor and recognize your dad or the father figure in your life. 

My brand new mixed metal dog tag necklaces are a cool way to add some style and
fun personalization to make him feel extra special and cared about.

I have some ideas for those of you that want something more than just "DAD" stamped on
your piece. Consider other names for dad, nicknames, terms of endearment
or recognize a hobby or talent.

1). Other names for Dad-

2.) Nicknames/Terms of endearment
     Chief, Lion King, Papa Bear, Papita, House Police, Daddy Cakes, Godfather, Popeye,

Take a pause to think about those nicknames and things that spark some love and fun.

         In a hurry? Leather accesories always pair nicely with denim. I love mixing
         and matching leather colors for a more interesting combo. Not so
         matchy-matchy but complimentary!

         My leather wrap goes around multiple times which makes a
         cool statement for your wrist. This is my favorite  Pratese Pelle leather purse that 
         has mixed metal rivets which is right up my alley!

Colors can change your mood! My sweet little neighbor boy handed me this pretty orange
hibiscus flower from the bush in his yard. I felt so special. My what what a pretty ring this could be.
I'm a little kooky like that. But come on how pretty is it with my pink gemstone bracelet?

Side note- this is actually my Pinkberry necklace. But I recently added 3" inches of extender
 chain which allows you to wrap around your wrist as a bracelet. I may like it even more as
a braclet than a necklace!
