I love this modern blue print that my friend Alison makes. Her business is called
Prints and Press and her designs are used on pillows, placemats, lampshades and cheerful
framed wall art. I love all of her fun uplifting designs no matter what they are used on. 
This print was part of give-away/donation project. I chose a design and then in turn
donated money to the charity of my choice. I love this idea! I also love my
big little heart necklace. Im thinking ab out her giveaway project and now
want to maybe do that too..

For the love of essential oils, blends and bracelets. There are just soooo many good
essential oils scents available. And the blends really allow for some powerful combinations.
I love the common and oh so popular lavender because of it soothing and calm benefits.

But when I wanted to try blending oils I found some some good "recipes" in the book
shown here. I found a great blend for headaches. This blend uses three oils. Lavender,
basil and peppermint! Add that to my Serenity Now aromatherapy bracelet and
you'll tackle that headache.

A 60th birthday calls for a very special birthday gift. My client wanted a beautiful keepsake
bracelet to gift her dear friend. She said the most important part to start with would
be a coin from Norway (her roots). I'm happy to say I had that coin! 
Besides the coin, I used 6 champagne pearls - one for each decade. I mean champagne
is always a good idea, right?! Her January birthstone is a big red garnet that
anchors the silver chain.

Yes that is quite a stack, I know.  I ususally prefer to mix my bracelets but
something about those pretty purples called for an all purple arm party!

My bracelets are also aromatherapy diffusers. That means drops of your favorite
essentail oil can be added to those prous brown wood beads. The oil is gently rubbed in
on a few of the beads. This allows you to enjoy that calm scent of lavender for example.
for hours or more. Oil is reapply when it starts to fade.

Wearing this stack of my bracelets would no doubt offer an abundance
of aromatherapy self care!
